Josh is a member of the Art Director’s Guild of Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design and over 25 years of experience.
He has work in Matt Shakman's "The Fantastic Four: First Steps", Joachim Ronning's upcoming "Tron: Ares" and Prada's Holiday '25 promotion. Recently he has designed and illustrated for Ridley Scott's "Alien: Romulus", "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" and Pixar's "Lightyear."
Previous to joining the Art Director's Guild Josh worked as a concept artist for digital features for several years under the direction of Doug Chiang. He has contracted as a concept designer for vfx houses Industrial Light + Magic and The Orphanage. While working as an industrial designer he designed shoes for adidas, toys for Hasbro and electronics for Samsung. He has also served as a concept illustrator for several game companies including Riot Games, Sony, Electronic Arts, Microsoft and 2K Games.
He is currently working out of his studio based in the SF Bay area where he and his wife, Leanna Viers, collaborate on municipal and private murals.
